Stand out with Pro Seller Badge status! Introducing NEW eligibility criteria

To help you further succeed on Walmart Marketplace, we’re making changes to the Pro Seller Badge experience. These updates will include adjustments to the program eligibility criteria and feature exciting new benefits (more details to follow).

New Pro Seller Badge eligibility criteria:

  • Seller-Accountable On-Time Delivery: ≥95% in the last 90 days
  • Seller-Accountable Cancellations: ≤1.5% in the last 90 days
  • Seller Response Rate: ≥95% in the last 30 days
  • Actual vs. Promised Delivery: ≤2 calendar days difference
  • Weekend Delivery: Saturday and/or Sunday delivery enabled
  • Lag Time: ≤1 business lag day time on entire catalog
  • Orders: more than 250 in the last 90 days
  • Seller is active for at least 90 days
  • No violations of Trust & Safety or Performance Standards

Avoid Halloween account restrictions: Review Walmart's Prohibited Products Policy

Thinking about selling Halloween products this year and want a quick refresher on Halloween do’s and don’ts? Per Walmart’s Prohibited Products Policy, please be aware that all new sellers offering Halloween items must be pre-approved. For existing sellers, please review your Halloween products to ensure that items are compliant with our policy. Please also be especially mindful of any items that may be considered offensive or in poor taste.

Violations of the Prohibited Products Policy may lead to account restrictions. If you have any questions about our policy, please contact Trust and Safety via Seller Center and include the code “TNS” with your case. If you have questions regarding specific item IDs or Halloween products, please include those in your case.

Enjoy peace of mind with our Extended Holiday Returns guarantee

Enjoy peace of mind this holiday season with our Extended Holiday Returns guarantee. From October 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, all items purchased in-store or online can be returned until January 31, 2024—excluding wireless phones, Walmart protection plans, AppleCare, precious metals and select luxury items. 

You don’t need to lift a finger, as the return window will be automatically updated. Our policy aligns with industry standards, demonstrating our commitment to providing a thoughtful return experience for Walmart shoppers.  

As always, building trust and loyalty with your customers is essential, and a flexible return policy plays a significant role. You count on Walmart to have your back, making this holiday season hassle-free for both you and your shoppers.
