Frequently asked questions
Walmart Marketplace Wallet is a business deposit account that you will open with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. Member FDIC. Walmart, Inc. administers and services the Account on behalf of the bank, so you will be able to receive and transfer funds from within Seller Center. The deposit account is integrated with the Marketplace and has no hidden fees.
Not at this time. You can only choose one payment set-up method, either Walmart Marketplace Wallet or a third-party payment solution provider.
Your funds will be held in the deposit account you opened at JPMorgan Chase; you can access the deposit account and give instructions to the bank via Walmart directly from Seller Center.
If you choose Walmart Marketplace Wallet as your payout method, Walmart will initiate payout to your Wallet on the same settlement cycle as other payment methods. Your funds will arrive in the deposit account you opened at JPMorgan Chase bank account, which Walmart administers as your agent. All funds in your deposit account are FDIC insured.* If you wish to withdraw funds, you can send them to your linked external bank account right from Seller Center.
