Updated reason codes for unpublished items

To make it easier to review unpublished items with high shipping prices, we’ve renamed the Reasonable Price Not Satisfied listing issue to Reasonable Price/Ship Price Not Satisfied. This listing issue now includes additional items that have been unpublished due to exceptionally high shipping costs.

Manage your notifications in Seller Center

You may have begun to receive email and Seller Center notifications when a return is initiated or delivered, and when a refund is initiated. If you want to adjust the frequency of your notifications, you can do so via the Notification Settings section in Seller Center. You can also opt in to a weekly summary of your Success Hub suggestions for actionable insights to help power your Marketplace growth.

Shipping

Action needed: edit your Operating Schedule

Important: Based on our updated Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, please configure your Operating Schedule in Seller Center* to reflect the following:

    • Your cutoff time for receiving orders must be set to no earlier than 11 AM local time.
    • You can take up to 15 days off in a calendar year for preferred shipment days.

*Click the three dots (…) to the right of each Fulfillment Center to update your settings.

Process for canceling fraudulent shipments

When canceling fraudulent orders, the Cancel – Fraud, stop shipment code will only be made available when the Walmart Risk Prevention team can validate and confirm the fraudulent activity. If you suspect fraudulent activity for orders that have not been flagged by our risk team, please report them for further review.
