Multichannel fees
Unique to multichannel, we offer an order-level discount for items with shipping weight under 30 lb. If a customer buys multiple units of the same item in a single order, there’s a lower fulfillment fee.

Oversize fee
For MCS items fulfilled via the WFS network, additional fees apply for oversize items as detailed in the Marketplace Learn guide on WFS fees. Review the Additional fulfillment fees chart for the oversize fee applicable. Note that Apparel, Hazmat, and Low AUR fees will not apply to MCS items.
Storage
The storage fee is the cost of storing your items at a Walmart fulfillment center. It’s based on the volume of the product being stored and the length of time. The fees displayed below are based on a 30-day calendar month. (You can track how long items have been at fulfillment centers with the Inventory Health Report.)

Yes, sellers must first set up their WFS account in order to utilize Multichannel Solutions.
We have a coast-to-coast network of fulfillment centers enabled for the Multichannel Solutions program. We’ve optimized the program to cover the vast majority of inventory.

For multichannel orders, Walmart has established a fee structure that is cost-effective and, on average, 15% lower than competitors.* WFS for Walmart.com orders is a separate program with a separate fee structure. Please note that you will not be charged commission fees when using MCS.

Tracking details should populate within two business days. If you do not see tracking details, please open a Seller Support case so we can document your concern and find a quick resolution.
MCS inventory tends to move quickly. There are rare instances in which volume may sell on Walmart.com as off-Walmart orders are placed. In these instances, orders will be cancelled if there is not enough inventory to support the order.
All steps are the same for international sellers. However, you will need to ensure your enrollment in Walmart Marketplace billing is up to date and that you have a U.S. return address.
