Walmart reserves the right to reverse referral fee discounts and obtain reimbursement upon a determination that Seller violated the Agreement, Marketplace Policies, or these terms. The calculation of the final balance of the discount is under Walmart’s sole discretion and shall be considered binding. If your Seller account already has an incentive, you are not eligible for an additional referral fee discount.
