Coming soon: 2-step verification for your Seller Center & Ad Center accounts

At Walmart Marketplace, we take the security of your information very seriously. That’s why starting late April, 2-step verification will be available for all accounts on Seller Center and Ad Center. This service safeguards against low-security passwords by adding an additional step to help minimize your risk of data or identity theft.

Please set up unique credentials for each user, so they can receive one-time passwords in separate inboxes. Doing so will help avoid any account lockouts. As a reminder, only admin accounts have the ability to add, remove or edit users.

Item Spec 4.7 is here! With this update, you can provide commercial and legal shipping restrictions for all product categories. This means you can now add restrictions for specific regions to allow the sale of goods that were previously not allowed on Walmart Marketplace. You can also remove a SKU from a Variant Group and convert it to a standalone item.

Here’s how it works:

• Enable automatic price adjustments for items in your catalog by assigning items to a pricing strategy with respective floor and ceiling prices.
• Prices are adjusted based on “triggers” like the winning Buy Box offers and external site prices.
• The Repricer monitors pricing across the site, so you don’t have to check and manually update your item prices every time competitor prices change.
