Introducing two new performance standards
Soon we’ll be retiring the Refund rate and adding Return rate and Items Not Received rate. Plus, the recently launched Negative Feedback rate standard will apply to Walmart Fulfillment Services and API users. These updates are designed to help you quickly identify issues—so you can keep customers happy.
Return rate measures the percentage of delivered items that are returned due to a seller-related issue over the past 60 days. Keep your Return rate at 6% or below to meet the standard.
Item Not Received rate measures the percentage of orders for which customers report not receiving their item due to a seller-related issue over the past 60 days. Keep your Item Not Received rate at 2% or below to meet the standard.
These metrics will appear in your Performance dashboard under a new section called Upcoming Standards.
Be sure to also monitor your Negative Feedback rate and keep it at 2% or below to meet the standard.
