Simplified Shipping Settings – adoption promotional offer details

Manual template sellers who adopt Simplified Shipping Settings (SSS) will be eligible for a Referral Fee discount. SSS will be available via API and Seller Center starting February 4, 2025. SSS streamlines sellers’ item shipping details to provide more accurate on-site delivery promises on Walmart.com. To qualify for the offer, existing sellers must 1) migrate at least one (1) item offer from manual templates to SSS between February 4th to April 15th, 2025, and the item will then begin to receive the Referral Fee discount forty-eight (48) hours after the day in which the item is configured for SSS (the “Enrollment Date”); 2) seller must meet the SSS operational performance metrics starting March 1, 2025, including 99% on-time shipment, 99% ship-from location accuracy, and 99% carrier method accuracy; 3) seller must be a U.S. domestic seller offering the SSS configured item with free shipping to at least the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Each customer order placed between the Enrollment Date and May 31, 2025, will be eligible for a Referral Fee discount for each item sold that is configured under SSS. Sellers who transition at least one item from manual template to SSS configuration will receive a 30% discount on each item offered with SSS configuration at the time of transaction sale, if seller meets the operational performance metrics required. Any migrated offers that were previously on Automated Shipping Templates (AST) will not be eligible for referral fee discount. Sellers can enroll or unenroll offers at any time during the week, however, only offers with SSS configuration at the time of sale will earn the Referral Fee discount. Only one Referral Fee discount will be applied at a time to each item sold, Walmart in its sole discretion will issue the highest discount eligible to seller. Walmart reserves the right to alter, change, or remove this offer at any time. Walmart shall not be responsible for any errors or miscalculations in the Referral Fee discount. If Walmart determines Seller has received benefits that they were not eligible for or did not earn, Walmart may, at its discretion, offset such amounts from the Seller’s sales proceeds account without prior notice.
