New Seller Savings – General Offer Details

The offer includes four potential savings up to a maximum savings discount of $72,000 in Referral Fee discounts, up to $2,000 in Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) discounts, and up to $500 in Walmart Connect ad credits, and up to $1,000 in Search Engine Marketing credits collectively (the “Discounts”).

Discount offer is available only to first-time domestic or international Walmart Marketplace Seller who starts selling after February 1, 2026, completes all onboarding steps, and maintains good performance metrics and compliance with Retailer Policies.

Referral fee discount:

Potential maximum savings for Referral Fee savings are calculated on the assumption of an average Referral fee for new sellers in their first year; total savings will vary by seller depending on the base Referral Fee applicable. Seller will continue to meet any performance-based metrics for the entire year. Discount shall be applied based on the following thresholds: 20% off the Referral Fee for the first $0.01- 50,000, 30% off the Referral Fee for the following $50,001 – 500,000, and 40% off the Referral Fee for anything > $500,000, up to the maximum total of $72,000 in Referral Fee discount.

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) discount:

WFS discount will be applied as a reimbursement of eligible fulfillment fees (10% off per item), provided a minimum of one item is received by a Walmart fulfillment center. The savings period starts upon receipt of the first item, and Discounts are applied upon sale of the item, retrospectively by the close of the following month. Preparation services and unplanned fees for non-compliant inbound items are not discounted.

Search Engine Marketing:

Seller who are verified brand owners, registered on the Walmart Brand Portal, receive a 50% rebate—up to $1,000—when they spend at least $2,000 on Search Engine Marketing. Other new Sellers receive a 50% rebate—up to $250—when they spend at least $500 on eligible Search Engine Marketing campaigns. To participate, simply create an Search Engine Marketing campaign; credits are automatically applied once the required spend threshold is met. Seller is responsible for monitoring their Search Engine Marketing spend and campaign management.

Walmart Connect ad credit:

Eligible advertisers can receive $500 in Walmart Connect ad credits. For the purpose of this offer, an “Eligible Advertiser” is a new seller that has not yet advertised with Walmart Connect and that:

• has a Walmart Connect Ad Center account, that is in good standing;
• has at least one (1) admin user registered to the applicable Walmart Connect Ad Center account; and
• has at least one item with Offer Listing Quality score (OLQ) of 80 or greater, and
• has at least one item that has fast shipping (3 days or less) or utilizing Walmart Fulfillment Services

Eligible Advertisers will be sent an email from Walmart Connect; those who wish to participate must opt-in to the offer using the link provided in the email. Once opted-in, the ad credit will be added to the Eligible Advertiser’s account. Eligible Advertisers must use the ad credit within 4 weeks (28 days) after the date of Advertiser’s initial qualifying ad spend or by January 31, 2027, whichever is sooner (the “Credit Use Period”). Ad credit(s) will be automatically applied on the Eligible Advertiser’s invoice(s) issued for spend incurred during the Credit Use Period.

Any unused ad credit amount at the end of the Credit Use Period will be forfeited. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring their ad spend and can suspend or pause their ad campaigns at any time if they do not wish to incur additional fees. This offer and ad credit(s) are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash. This offer is void where prohibited by law and in the event of fraud, mistake, or any failure to satisfy any terms of the offer. Walmart Connect advertising services are governed by the Walmart Connect Ad Center Terms of Use.

Additional terms:

Unless otherwise agreed upon between you and Walmart, Discounts will be applied from the moment Seller completes onboarding steps until either January 31, 2027, or until the maximum Discounts savings is reached (whichever comes first). Even after Discounts have been applied, Seller shall continue to meet required Seller Performance standards and any other performance-based metrics, or any conditions provided by and agreed upon by Seller and Walmart through January 31, 2027.

Walmart may alter or end this offer at any time without notification. Walmart is not liable for any errors or miscalculations of the Discounts. If Discounts are received incorrectly, Walmart reserves the right to deduct these amounts from the Seller’s account. Walmart may reconcile any applied Discounts, in your payment report. If multiple promotions are active for an item, Walmart may apply only the highest offer available to you.

This offer is governed by the terms of the Comprehensive Walmart Marketplace Program Retailer Agreement (the “Agreement”). Unless otherwise specified, all terms with initial uppercase letters hold the meanings established in the Agreement.

Sellers are limited to applying these benefits to only one Seller account. Regardless of whether Seller has been approved to maintain multiple accounts. Existing Seller may not create new accounts in order to take advantage of this offer. Any existing Sellers attempting to create new accounts to receive the benefits created through this program risk the potential of all associated accounts being deactivated within Walmart’s Seller Center and any benefits granted under those accounts rescinded immediately.

Any violations of the Agreement, Marketplace Policies, these terms, or any indication of circumvention or fraud may result in the reversal of the Discounts and demand for reimbursement. The final balance of the Discounts is calculated at Walmart’s discretion and is binding. We may revise these terms at any time, with changes posted in the Seller Center for your review. Continued participation in the New Seller Savings Program signifies acceptance of these changes. If you disagree with any changes, discontinue your participation.
