Receive timely alerts for event changes in your catalog

We’re excited to announce the release of two new Webhook Event Types that can help optimize your operations and streamline your workflows. Sellers can now subscribe to the Inventory Out of Stock (OOS) and Offer Published Event Types to receive immediate notifications when inventory is out of stock, or when an offer is successfully published.

Plus, to ensure you never miss changes in your catalog, sellers can now fetch the Get Event Types API to retrieve an updated list of all current Event Types.

Learn more about notifications below and subscribe to these new APIs to help ensure your items are always available for purchase.

Managing post-holiday returns and refunds

Keep customers happy during the post-holiday return rush by providing a seamless refund experience. For example, when handling refunds using the Refund Order Lines API, be sure to input the tax dollar amount to fully refund the customer. If you leave the tax amount empty, or with a zero value, the customer will not receive a full refund.
