At Walmart Marketplace, we take the security of your information very seriously. That’s why starting late April, 2-step verification will be available for all accounts on Seller Center and Ad Center. This service safeguards against low-security passwords by adding an additional step to help minimize your risk of data or identity theft.
Please set up unique credentials for each user, so they can receive one-time passwords in separate inboxes. Doing so will help avoid any account lockouts. As a reminder, only admin accounts have the ability to add, remove or edit users.

We are enhancing our auditing program for verifying compliance of third-party products with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) product certification requirements.
Sellers of CPSC regulated products will be required to provide their Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) or General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) documentation to Bureau Veritas at Walmart’s request. The CPC/GCC documentation should include all required information, as defined by the CPSC here and here.
Please note that Bureau Veritas will contact sellers directly by email with a request for information, including product details. Failure to provide the required documents or initiating compliance to the requirements could result in product(s) being removed from the Walmart.com website and additional accountability.
