Here at Walmart, our fiscal year runs through the end of January, which means we recently announced our total year-end results. The numbers show continued momentum for our Marketplace and significant growth in our eCommerce business. And we know that all of you in the Walmart Sellers community contributed to this phenomenal success.
Our U.S. Marketplace grew 34% in the last quarter, continuing the strong trends we saw all year. This includes achieving our highest ever sales day and setting a record for the highest single day conversion rate during Holiday. A broad assortment of general merchandise and our relevance with customers contributed to a 20% growth in U.S. eCommerce sales in Q4—our eleventh consecutive quarter of double-digit growth. And we continued gaining market share with upper-income households. Higher-income shoppers represented the majority of Walmart’s market share increase for another straight quarter. It’s clear that we are in a great position to continue growing together.

Growing your business across markets & eCommerce channels
We made it easier to enter more markets with Walmart by adding capabilities to cross-sell in Seller Center. Now, selling internationally across the U.S., Canada, Chile, and Mexico takes only a few clicks. And managing your listings for these new markets is made simple with several item setup options.
To help support scaling internationally and across marketplaces, sellers that leverage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) can take advantage of expanded program benefits. Walmart Cross Border is a new ocean freight service for full-container-load shipments from ports of origin in Asia to WFS facilities across the U.S. We handle the transportation, and you get to enjoy reduced rates and a simpler import process. And, with Multichannel Solutions, you can fulfill orders from any eCommerce site through our world-class supply chain. Offer best-in-class fulfillment and cut down on operational complexity by consolidating inventory all in one place.
New categories & customer experiences
We entered new categories and created more ways for customers to discover your assortment. Your great items and our great customer experiences are a powerful combination.
Premium Beauty
Walmart is a top beauty destination, and our Marketplace is now home to a growing assortment of premium skin care, cosmetics, hair products, and more. Customers can browse these premium brands via custom storefronts.
Collectibles
Our Collector shop sets the stage for you to connect with the growing audience of enthusiasts. And an application-based program now allows you to offer pre-orders for upcoming collectible releases. Products that fall into this category may include dolls, action figures, trading cards, memorabilia, comic books, and musical instruments.
Restored and Pre-Owned items
Should you qualify, you can now offer high-quality refurbished items across multiple categories from fashion to electronics on Walmart.com under several available conditions.
Installation for eligible tires
Now customers can order eligible tires from you and have them shipped to a local Walmart store for easy installation at our Auto Care Centers. This expansion complements our existing auto services that include accessories and battery services, while giving you more access to our omnichannel customer base.
New features & Seller Center solutions
Many tried-and-true solutions that you told us your teams count on received major upgrades. Plus, we introduced more free tools to make it even easier to run your business and identify growth opportunities. Here are just a few examples:

Advertising dashboard in Seller Center
Use this centralized hub to advertise your products or earn commission from your non-Walmart campaigns. Whether it’s via Walmart Connect, Search Engine Marketing, or the Walmart Sales Rewards & Attribution program, you can take advantage of these solutions in one place.
New destination for resources & learning
The launch of Marketplace Learn provided a centralized location of resources designed to help you grow and thrive. Whether you need support during your onboarding journey or a refresher on certain features, Marketplace Learn has everything you need. If you haven’t yet, take a moment to explore guides, news, events, learning tracks, and more. All of which span the topics and categories that matter to how you run your business.
We also launched quarterly Marketplace Learn: Live webinars for sellers to discover what’s new, what’s changing, and what’s improved. They get a front-row seat to live demos and can ask questions in real time. Our hosts and experts actively source feedback from attendees and apply it to future sessions. Plus, the introduction of Office Hours has allowed smaller groups of sellers to learn about granular, specific topics.
