*Conditions apply. To receive the 0% Referral Fee, Seller must complete the onboarding Walmart Collectibles Program Survey and be accepted to sell collectible items. Seller must have at least one eligible item live and transactable by October 31, 2024. Seller shall be eligible for Referral Fee between July 1, 2024 â October 31, 2024. If an item is live and transactable after July 1, 2024, the items shall be eligible from the live on-site date through the end of the promotion. Walmart Marketplace reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate this offer at any time in its sole discretion. The terms of this incentive are confidential and should only be disclosed on a need-to-know basis. As the seller, you acknowledge that Walmart reserves the right to revoke the incentive if the terms are disclosed.
Calculation of âEligible Salesâ includes shipped orders only; cancelled orders and orders that have been placed but not yet shipped, returned orders and chargebacks are not included. Walmart reserves the right to deduct any unearned Referral Fee discount provided on return orders and chargebacks from any future commissions paid.
Net Sales (Net GMV) are calculated as Customer Tender (including product and shipping fees), adjusted for the following: less refunds (Refunds for returns or chargebacks will be calculated based on the orders placed between 7/1/2024 to 10/31/2024), plus sales tax, plus any product fees (e.g. recycling fees). Includes orders placed from 7/1/2024 to 10/31/2024 only.
Additional conditions apply for the Pre-owned and Preorder Program. Seller must sign Terms and Conditions for the Pre-owned and Preorder Program.
