When fulfilling domestic orders under the DHL carrier name, sellers will soon see an updated display name, ‘DHL Ecomm – US‘. This update will allow tracking numbers and statuses for DHL shipments to populate for shipped orders. With this update, we aim to improve the customer experience and help reduce the number of tracking inquiries submitted by customers.
