Important changes to the Automatic Order Cancellation Policy
On June 6, we will be reverting our automatic cancellation window from 6 days post-Estimated Ship Date (ESD) to the original 4 days. Please provide customers with valid tracking information by ESD and no later than 4 calendar days after ESD. Orders not shipped 4 days post-ESD will be automatically canceled and negatively impact your cancellation performance metrics.

We’ve made updates to the Assortment Growth Dashboard!
Want to optimize your assortment and drive your business forward? You now have the ability to filter, sort and download data based on your item requirements, granting you greater flexibility and control. We have also introduced new insights to help with your decision-making process, including potential sales, Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) eligibility and seasonality information.

Coming soon: New Item Spec update
We will soon release a new Item Spec update designed to enhance the Item Setup and Maintenance process. This launch will have key improvements to attribution to help drive sales and enhance your experience, including:

  • Auto Fitment
  • Shipping Fulfillment Lag Time
  • Pickup & Delivery Program → Local delivery → Optional fields for dimensions in specific units (in, lb)
  • And more!
