1 Access critical info quickly on the WFS overview page
We reimagined the overview page to give you easy access to key metrics for growth. Now, you can get:
- Insights into GMV, in-stock rate, WFS GMV penetration, and more.
- Inventory health recommendations for out-of-stock and at-risk items, along with unpublished items.
- High-potential seller-fulfilled items we recommend converting to WFS.

2 Get detailed statuses for every stage of a WFS shipment
Get more transparency and accuracy when tracking shipments to Walmart with new statuses. Follow along as an order is created, awaiting transit, arrives at Walmart, and more. This includes Inventory Transfer Services shipments being sent from a consolidation center to final fulfillment centers.
3 View important shipment details in the Customer Returns report
With this report, you can see key shipment details that were not previously available—including ship date, quantity of items shipped, and tracking ID—for returns created after March 1, 2025.
4 Stay updated on and quickly resolve receiving issues
Once your items are received at a fulfillment center, they’re inspected and made available to sell. In some instances—for example, if items are damaged or incorrectly prepped—there are exceptions.
On our updated page, you can get real-time visibility into exceptions, understand how they affect your inventory and delivery times, and troubleshoot issues.
5 Gain insight into unavailable-to-sell inventory
You may have items that are on-hand at a fulfillment center but temporarily unavailable to sell because they’re being checked for expiration dates, compliance, damage, and more. This inventory is now marked as Inventory Review. You’ll also see an Inventory Review column in your WFS Inventory Health Report.

Walmart Cross Border is a cost-effective shipping solution for sellers transporting inventory from select ports in Asia to Walmart fulfillment centers in the U.S. Our Full Container Load (FCL) and Less Than Container Load (LCL) programs let you benefit from Walmart’s supply chain expertise, simplifying logistics, compliance, and integrations so you can focus on growing your business.
We recently expanded our Walmart Cross Border operations—with FCL available from Yantian, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, and Qingdao ports and LCL available from Yantian, with more ports to come soon.

The new Ship with Walmart Carrier Reconciliation report helps improve billing transparency. This on-demand report shows your estimated vs. actual package dimensions, weights, charges, and more for labels purchased through Ship with Walmart.
