Next month, we are adding two new fields, shippingConfigSource and shippingSLA, in the GET Orders API to give sellers utilizing Smart Tags more visibility into fulfillment sources and transit times. These new fields will enable sellers to identify which fulfillment channel and shipping method was used for each SKU.
We are excited to announce a major improvement to the Item Performance Report. Previously, if sellers offered more than 100,000 items, they were unable to view performance data for their entire catalog. Later this month, we will remove the reportâs data limitations to give sellers a more accurate view of their entire catalog.
As previously communicated, new shipping attributes have been included in the latest Item Spec 4.1 for sellers who set up or convert Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) items via API. To support this initiative, we have also updated our Item Reports to include a âSales Restrictionsâ column which identifies items with shipping limitations.
Sellers will receive a new error message when attempting to acknowledge orders already in a âShippedâ or âCancelledâ status.Â
In the coming months, dayPhone and emailId fields will become mandatory in the returnCenterAddress section of the Ship Order Lines API. As a reminder, sellers are required to configure at least one return center for all orders. Get a head start and update your Return Center Address in the Ship Order Lines API today.
Sellers who have started utilizing Walmart Shipping Templates, can now quickly retrieve shippingTemplate and shipNode details with the new Get Item Associations API. If you haven’t migrated your shipping settings just yet, the deadline is April 30.
