Soon, you’ll be able to choose from 8 new carriers for domestic and international shipping! Help customers track their orders with ease. Our expanded list includes JD Logistics, DHL, United Delivery Service, YDH, JCEX and more.

Close your actual vs. promise delivery score gap with Smart Tags
The Smart Tags function improves the accuracy of your delivery promises, regardless of the carrier service you choose. It routinely examines, identifies, and adds fast delivery tags, like 2-day and 3-day for your listings. No changes to your shipping settings are needed to opt in. To opt out, you can edit your settings in Seller Center starting May 16.

Organize your inbox with new features in Message Center
Clean up conversations and flag unwanted correspondences with new features to mark messages as “Follow up,” “No response needed” or “Spam.” Whether you’re looking to declutter your inbox or keep track of your message history, these new capabilities help ease and manage your communication with customers.

New for Flash Picks & Campaigns: Instant feedback on deal competitiveness
Simplify your Flash Picks and Campaigns eligibility with instant feedback on whether submitted offers have a competitive edge! From item price to free shipping, glean insights into what type of deals give you a higher chance of getting approved for site placement.*

*Only available to select sellers. Submitting a deal with the suggested feedback does not guarantee the item will be selected to participate in the program. Multiple factors are used to select items for program participation.

Admin features

Give any team members access to Seller Center updates
It’s no longer an admin-only feature: Now you can allow anyone on your team to receive email updates from Seller Center. Add, remove and edit access for your team members via notification settings.

Update on Prohibited Products Policy
Our policy on prohibited products has been updated. Please note that products with components or ingredients from certain territories are prohibited from Walmart Marketplace and must not be listed. Additionally, all products listed must be free from forced labor.
