Seller Center experience

Introducing a new dashboard in Seller Center for Ratings & Reviews 

Serving as a centralized hub for monitoring and managing customer reviews, the new Ratings & Reviews Manager dashboard allows you to connect reviews to specific orders and pinpoint the products behind negative or positive feedback. This streamlined approach makes it easier to resolve issues with fulfillment, listing quality, or customer service. 

Updates coming to the Offer Listing Quality score on April 29 

Price will be a core component that can impact your overall Offer Listing Quality score. To keep your score strong, double check your offers have competitive prices via the offer tab under the item details section in the dashboard. Offers with high-quality ratings will also receive a higher score.

API sellers

Item Spec 5.0 API is here 

With this update, we’re introducing item mapping to product types as part of the item setup process. Attributes will be directly relevant to product types and will help drive more visibility. Update to unlock the potential for better categorization, site shelving, discoverability, and relevancy for your items. Support for all versions of Item Spec 4 ends October 31, 2024.
