The holidays came early—take advantage of waived peak season storage fees with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) for a limited time! When you send your inventory in by October 1, you’ll pay the same low fees that sellers enjoy year-round.

Product ratings and reviews are important to customers. These must be accurate, honest, and objective. Fake, misleading, or otherwise deceptive product reviews will not be tolerated and will result in seller or supplier suspension or termination.
Walmart’s ratings and reviews policy contains the following provisions:
Selling Halloween products this year and want a quick refresher on do’s and don’ts? Per Walmart’s Prohibited Products Policy, please be aware that all new sellers offering Halloween items must have their products pre-approved. Existing sellers, please review your products to ensure that items are compliant with our policy. Be especially mindful of any items that may be considered offensive or in poor taste.
Violations of the Prohibited Products Policy may lead to account restrictions. If you have any questions about our policy, please contact Trust and Safety via Seller Center and include the code “TNS” with your case. If you have questions regarding specific item IDs or Halloween products, please include those in your case.
From October 1 through December 31, 2023, all items purchased in-store or online can be returned until January 31, 2024—excluding wireless phones, Walmart protection plans, AppleCare, precious metals, and select luxury items.
You don’t need to lift a finger, as the return window will be automatically updated. Our policy aligns with industry standards, demonstrating our commitment to providing a thoughtful return experience for Walmart shoppers.

Attention, sellers of luxury or fragrance products: If you have received a Brand Review notice, please respond promptly to ensure you get approval before the holidays with the necessary requirements.
The Trust & Safety team commenced its Periodic Re-Review initiative, which applies to approved sellers listing select brands within categories that require pre-approval. If this applies to you, you will receive a notice from the Trust & Safety team requesting you create a support case with the answered questionnaire and supplier documentation.
The Periodic Re-Review initiative will require sellers to go through the enhanced vetting process on a semi-annual basis to ensure they comply and are continuously sourcing their products from a legitimate supplier. This proactive process will help mitigate perilous escalations during the holiday season and ensure products offered on Walmart Marketplace are coming from reputable sources.
