Seller Center experience

Organize your inbox with new features in Message Center
Clean up conversations and flag unwanted correspondences with new features to mark messages as “Follow up,” “No response needed” or “Spam.” Whether you’re looking to declutter your inbox or keep track of your message history, these new capabilities help ease and manage your communication with customers.

API Sellers

Urgent action required! Update API contracts by 8/31
To streamline order management and fulfillment while avoiding disruptions to your business, please update your Orders and Returns APIs in the Developer Portal by August 31.

You can enjoy the following benefits with the updates:

  • Consolidated order details for multi-quantity orders
  • Updated fields in your downloaded Excel files

Failure to update your Orders and Returns APIs by August 31 will impact your ability to fulfill and manage orders. If you are using a channel partner for API integration, please ensure they make the necessary API changes.

Get exclusive weekly discounts with Repricer Incentives
The Repricer Incentives program is now available via API. You can now use either the newly launched API or Seller Center to accept your weekly offers. Click here to see details of the program’s API documentation and reference schemas in Developer Portal.

Please note that you must first sign or acknowledge the Repricer Terms & Conditions to act on available price incentives. Read more about the Repricer Incentives program.

Post-Purchase Review Accelerator Program APIs are now live
Introducing newly released APIs for the Post-Purchase Review Accelerator Program! Use the APIs to view and manage eligible, enrolled or completed items participating in the program. You also have the option to enroll and disenroll items.

Ready to get started? Sign up via Seller Center. Heads up: Once enrolled, eligible items must appear published and in stock, have had sales in the last 30 days and have less than 5 reviews.

Shipping with DHL? Update your carrier name
Attention to P-API sellers using DHL services: Starting September 6, the carrier name “DHL E-commerce” will be removed from both the POST Ship Order and GET Order APIs. Moving forward, you must select the carrier name “DHL” to ship orders using DHL services.

Find a list of DHL subsidiaries supported under the new carrier name here.

Charges incurred for return items re-routed to Las Vegas Return Center
Please note that if you do not provide a valid US return address, return packages may then be re-routed to our Las Vegas Return Center. You will be charged a failed delivery fee as a result of a failed delivery attempt, which will be reflected on bi-weekly payment reports in Seller Center. You can see how this fee would appear on your statement here.

To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to please verify and ensure your Return Center address is a valid US address in Seller Center as per our Return Center Guidelines.
