New process for canceling fraudulent shipments
Starting early January, before canceling fraudulent orders under the Cancel – Fraud, stop shipment code, your order will need to be validated and confirmed for customer fraud by the Walmart Risk Prevention team.
Reminder: We’re offering extended holiday returns
From October 1 through December 31, 2023, all items* purchased in-store or online can be returned until January 31, 2024. You’ve been opted in unless you’ve been informed otherwise.
*Exemptions include, but are not limited to, wireless phones, major appliances, Dyson products, Walmart protection plans, AppleCare, precious metals, and select luxury items.
