SSS + SWW Seller Summit Incentive Terms and Conditions

General requirements

1. Sellers must be registered validated attendees of the Walmart 2025 Seller Summit.
2. Sellers must enroll for these offers through the designated QR code or link.
3. In enrolling for these offers, seller is authorizing Walmart to migrate all eligible offers to Simplified Shipping Settings (if not already configured) with FedEx 2Day delivery. Walmart will implement such migration within a reasonable time (with such date of implementation being the “Enrollment Date”).
4. Promotion available only for order inventory originating in and destined for locations in the United States (excludes FPO/APO/DPO territories).
5. Sellers must be in good standing and satisfy all Seller Performance Standards, including all On-Time Delivery metrics.
6. Sellers must be offering free shipping for the applicable offers.
7. Excludes seller offers with customer-paid shipping, 3PL solutions, freight shipping, major appliances, bundles, or virtual packs.
8. Walmart reserves the right to modify or terminate these promotions at any time.
9. Walmart shall not be responsible for any errors or miscalculations in the Referral Fee discount or shipping label discount, or any delays in enrollment implementation.
10. If Walmart determines seller has received benefits that they were not eligible for or did not earn, Walmart may, at its discretion, offset such amounts from the seller’s sales proceeds account without prior notice.
11. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers, discounts, or codes cannot be combined with any other offers. If more than one promotion is available for a single order, only the incentive providing the greatest discount or benefit will be applied.
12. Sellers with qualifying orders meeting the terms below may benefit from both the Simplified Shipping Settings Referral Fee discount and the Ship with Walmart FedEx 2Day promotion shipping label fee discount.
13. No cash value. Void where prohibited.
14. Offer is non-transferable.
15. Offer ends 12/31/25.

Simplified Shipping Settings Referral Fee discount
To receive the 30% discount on Referral Fees:

1. Offers must be configured for Simplified Shipping Settings.
2. Items must be sold and shipped between the Enrollment Date and the date that is the earlier of ninety (90) days thereafter and December 31, 2025.
3. Seller’s Simplified Shipping Settings operational metrics (on-time shipment, ship-from location accuracy, and carrier method accuracy) must meet or exceed 90% based on a two-week lookback before order date.
4. Offers must not have migrated to Simplified Shipping Settings from automated Shipping Templates.

Ship with Walmart FedEx 2Day promotion shipping label fee discount requirements and terms
To receive the 50% discount on the Ship with Walmart FedEx 2Day shipping label:

1. Orders must be configured for Simplified Shipping Settings.
2. Orders must be shipped via FedEx 2Day shipping, using the Ship with Walmart label.
3. Seller must use Ship with Walmart between the Enrollment Date and December 31, 2025.
