New! Automated shipping settings

Now there’s no need to manually set transit times in your shipping settings. With our new automation feature, Walmart automatically generates transit times based on your warehouse zip code, carrier service, and your customer’s address. Bridge the gap between estimated and actual delivery dates and provide precise shipping information for all your orders.

(Please note that our automated settings currently support UPS, USPS, and FedEx for the time being. Sellers have the option to create custom templates for other carriers via manual shipping settings).

Verify & update your business info for a smooth Walmart Marketplace experience

To ensure a seamless and valuable partnership, we request that Walmart Marketplace sellers provide accurate and up-to-date business information. This includes business name, address, contact telephone number, tax information, payment service provider, and email address.

Although we collect this info during the onboarding process, as part of our compliance with applicable laws, we may periodically ask certain Marketplace sellers to re-certify the accuracy of their business information. If this is the case, you will receive an email requesting confirmation of your details and making any necessary updates.

Please note that we may verify the information provided in accordance with relevant laws such as the Federal INFORM Consumers Act and state regulations. This verification process may involve third-party verification and the display of your information on product listings, seller pages, or other locations.

To keep your business information current, please update your Partner Profile Settings in Seller Center. It’s important that you promptly respond to requests for information or confirmation. Failure to respond in a timely manner may result in the suspension of your seller account.
